It is widely used in precision polishing of electronic components, especially for SEM or TEM evaluation materials. It is recommended to use it with Trojan diamond polishing suspension (less than 3um) and colloidal suspensions or alumina suspension.
Suitable for ferrous metals intermediate or fine polishing. Recommend to use with Trojan 0.5-6.0 um diamond suspension.
