VP-430 vibratory polishing machine can minimize the wearing of the sample, eliminate the surface stress and bring excellent flatness with less stress deformation, is an ideal preparation equipment for EBSD (backscattered electron diffraction), AFM (atomic force microscope) & SEM (scanning electron microscopy) analysis and Nano indentation or micro-hardness testing. The equipment is particularly suitable for surface polishing on soft and ductile materials such as Titanium, Aluminium, pure Copper and Copper alloys, Aluminium alloys, steel and Nickel-based alloys.
