From October 20 to 22, TPCA Show 2026 was held at TaiNEX 1 in Taipei. Trojan showcased a range of advanced inspection and testing equipment, as well as metallographic consumables, at Booth J-628, exploring ways to enhance process quality in the AI era with global PCB industry chain partners.
This year’s exhibition centered on “Energy-Efficient AI,” focusing on PCB manufacturing and advanced packaging trends. Trojan highlighted the SemiPOL high-precision quantitative grinder and the Alpha-610 automatic grinder and polisher. The SemiPOL, with its high-precision quantitative removal capability, effectively ensures micron-level accuracy in cross-section analysis. The UVmount curing machine and accompanying metallographic consumables, also exhibited on-site, provide efficient and stable full-process support for sample preparation. In line with AI-era trends, Trojan held technical exchanges with visiting customers on the WIT-1 fully automatic intelligent sample preparation system, introducing the equipment’s capabilities in cross-section inspection automation.
Taiwan is an important region for the global PCB industry. Trojan will continue to strengthen its local services, helping customers meet the technical challenges of advanced packaging and high-end substrates with reliable sample preparation equipment.
