On September 4, the three-day JASIS 2026, Asia’s largest analytical instrumentation exhibition, successfully concluded at Makuhari Messe. Trojan made a strong appearance with its full-process metallographic sample preparation solutions covering cutting, mounting, and grinding/polishing, drawing many professional visitors to the booth.
At this exhibition, Trojan highlighted several representative models: the TableCut-200 automatic precision cut-off machine, the preferred choice for PCB cutting; the MT-1H mounting press, supporting hot forming with multiple materials; the UVmount curing machine, which completes curing in as fast as 30 seconds with transparent, bubble-free samples; the Alpha-108 single-disc grinder & polisher, compact and efficient; and the Alpha-611 automatic grinder & polisher, featuring built-in process parameters for fast, repeatable test results. The displayed products cover the entire metallographic preparation workflow, providing a one-stop solution for materials testing laboratories.
